Karen Jones steps down as Non-Executive Director of Asos

Asos has announced that Karen Jones has expressed her desire to resign as a Non-Executive Director of Asos at the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting today.

Commenting on the development, Brian McBride, Asos Chairman said, "Karen has served as a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at Asos for over six years. During that period, a time of substantial development for the company, she has provided wise counsel and challenge, playing a considerable part in making Asos what it is today. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank her for the entrepreneurial flair and insights she brought to the board table."
